On the Young and the Restless on August 7, 2025, our very own Victor Newman approaches Lily Winters with a scheme to manipulate her involving Cane Ashby, testing her resolve and emotional boundaries. Lily left torn between anger and caution when Victor urged her to use the history she has with Cane for strategic advantage.

Meanwhile, Claire Grace Newman confronts Audra Charles after finding out about her role in a seduction plot orchestrated by Victor, making it clear she won’t tolerate further interference.

Kyle Abbott tries to cut a deal with Adam over at Newman Media, which is deemed as risky and could complicate his standing with both Adam and Victor.

Victor Newman meets Lily Winters and Devon at Crimson Lights to discuss Cane Ashby’s return to Genoa City. He pressured Lily to join him to manipulate Cane because of the feelings Cane has for her. Victor wants Lily to act like she’s into Cane so he could get information; however, Lily is hesitant and voices discomfort, but after Victor leaves, she begins to reconsider. Devon warns Lily that Cane might see through her and question the safety of such a risky move. Lily acknowledges the danger but believes it might be worth considering.

Kyle proposes a deal to Adam

Kyle and Claire approach Adam Newman at Newman Media in hopes of securing Adam’s old apartment. Claire initiates the conversation but Kyle was the one who made the offer. He hints at Jabot possibly buying ad space,Adam however is hesitant to get involved.

Victor arrives and caught on to the situation,and firmly shuts down the idea. Claire refuses a private conversation with Victor and leaves with Kyle.
